How do I book a court?

Go to Book a Court, choose an available court and schedule, select any optional add-ons, enter your details, and submit the configured payment proof.

What payment methods do you accept?

Scan the QR code using your banking or e-wallet app. BDO-to-BDO transfers are free. Fees may apply to transfers from other banks.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Bookings are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is only allowed in the event of rain, a power outage, or an issue on The Courtyard’s end that prevents play.

Do you have equipment for rent?

Active rentals and extras are shown directly from current inventory during booking. They are optional.

What are your operating hours?

Current daily booking hours are 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM. The booking calendar shows live availability.

Are there player limits per court?

Each court’s current maximum player capacity is displayed with its details during booking.

Question 7

What happens if it rains during our booking?

Accepted Answer

If rain stops play before you have completed 30 minutes, you may reschedule your booking for another one-hour session. Once you have played for 30 minutes or more, the booking will be considered used and can no longer be rescheduled.

Question 8

What happens if my payment is rejected?

You will receive the reason and can upload new payment proof from My Bookings without creating a duplicate booking.
