1. Booking Policy

Bookings are subject to current availability and payment verification. Current booking requirements are shown during checkout.

2. Payment Terms

Scan the QR code using your banking or e-wallet app. BDO-to-BDO transfers are free. Fees may apply to transfers from other banks.

3. Cancellation Policy

Bookings are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling is only allowed in the event of rain, a power outage, or an issue on The Courtyard’s end that prevents play.

4. Court Usage and Safety

Players must follow posted venue rules, use appropriate athletic footwear, protect the playing surface, and act safely and respectfully.

5. Liability

By completing a booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to the waiver accepted during checkout.
